We do not practice change of mind policy. Unless otherwise stated, goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. This is to ensure that all customers get brand new products and not re-cycled products returned by other customers. All Singapore customers are advised to visit our showroom to view or test out actual products if they’re unsure of the quality, finishing or suitability. (Except for countries that we ship overseas where we do not have a local partner/local store, we may offer return policy in which case, it will be clearly stated.)
