Shipping & Returns


Currently, by default, we ship only domestically in Singapore except for masks.

Due to popular demand, we are pleased to announce that from 10 Jan 2022, we are able to ship masks internationally. When you checkout from your country, you should see the correct shipping rate. Generally shipping rate to USA, Canada, UK and Europe is SGD 107 for up to 150-200 masks, depending on mask size/weight. So it may not be worth for you to order small order like only 50 masks. The more you order, the lower your unit shipping rate.


This is by SpeedPost Priority. SpeedPost Priority is a service provided by Singapore Post Office. It is by air. You can check the latest delivery time to your country from the SpeedPost website (which is their commitment and not our commitment as it is not within our control.)


Currently, their website shows a delivery leadtime of between 8-14 days. However, do note that this is their commitment. Do not hold us liable to this. Also this is the time they claim it takes to reach your country. Once it reach your country, do allow for additional lead time by your country's international post office. Also do factor in the time we need to process the order before we hand over to them. Due to the uncertainty posed by the pandemic, do allow for much longer delivery time.

Due to logistic disruptions worldwide posed by Covid-19, we'll do our best to ensure your goods are safely sent off to our Post Office. Once it leaves our hands, it is beyond our control and we will not be held liable for delay/miscarriage/loss by any of the logistic companies. Our only responsibility is to show proof of shipping to our Post Office. Buyers must ensure that the items they order are able to clear the custom of their respective countries.


Note: If you had placed orders before 10 Jan 2022, the shipping rate reflected in your order of $3.50 or other rates is for domestic shipping within Singapore only. We had put a notice that the rate was domestic only and for buyers to write for shipping rate before ordering. We will not be able to ship out your orders unless you top up the difference in the shipping rate.

Due to the large number of items available and different sizes and weights we are currently unable to ship overseas for other items as shipping rates vary a lot from items to items and countries to countries.

Return policy:

** Note: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, all goods sold are not returnable /exchangeable so as to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We do not allow change of mind. This is to ensure the highest standard of hygiene to protect every customer. (If you need to check item for suitability, quality or finishing, where the government policy allows, we can bring the item down to your car/loading bay keeping in mind safe distancing rules and policy. Please check & comply with the latest government policy.)

By not accepting returns during this pandemic, we ensure that all goods are brand new and not returns from another customers' place. This way, every customer has peace of mind that their item is Covid-free.

For Singapore customers, we will take picture of the actual item(s) ordered and send to you by WhatsApp so you can view the actual item(s) before we deliver. If you have any questions, feel free to check with our staff before delivery. 

We will also install (for free) & test every item to make sure that it is in good working condition before delivery.

This means extra cost and effort on our part but its part of our enhanced service to support our customers. So far, every customer has been very satisfied with this enhanced service.

Finally, upon collection/delivery, please inspect item(s) before accepting. Once item is accepted/collected, it cannot be returned.
