Shipping & Returns


Currently, we can ship worldwide for small items. The items that we can ship to your country will be stated upon checkout.

If you’re interested in any item and it is not available for shipping to your country, please drop us an email so that we can check the shipping rate on a case-by-case basis.

For Singapore customers, please check under “Delivery” in our general “Terms and Conditions.”


Return policy:

** Note: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, all goods sold are not returnable /exchangeable so as to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We do not allow change of mind. This is to ensure the highest standard of hygiene to protect every customer. (If you need to check item for suitability, quality or finishing, where the government policy allows, we can bring the item down to your car/loading bay keeping in mind safe distancing rules and policy. Please check & comply with the latest government policy.)

By not accepting returns during this pandemic, we ensure that all goods are brand new and not returns from another customers' place. This way, every customer has peace of mind that their item is Covid-free.

For Singapore customers, we will take picture of the actual item(s) ordered and send to you by WhatsApp so you can view the actual item(s) before we deliver. If you have any questions, feel free to check with our staff before delivery. 

We will also install (for free) & test every item to make sure that it is in good working condition before delivery.

This means extra cost and effort on our part but its part of our enhanced service to support our customers. So far, every customer has been very satisfied with this enhanced service.

Finally, upon collection/delivery, please inspect item(s) before accepting. Once item is accepted/collected, it cannot be returned.
